some examples and so you know again this is you know, I do coach people for a living.

That's kind of how, you know, I can come up with and talk about and speak on these topics and speak on these, you know, I just give my knowledge, my education, my two cents, my experience, and you can obviously take it and, you know, do whatever you like with it.

But like, you know, throughout this past week, for example, I've had, um, I've had a few clients that I've had some conversations with and like

for example you know we'd be kind of talking back and forth we'd be kind of going

it's up and they would say something to the effect of like you know oh well I'm that person who I always fall off my diet I'm

that person who can never be consistent I'm that person who oh well I struggled
