Summary

In this episode of the Eric Roberts Fitness Podcast I go over a great question I got from my instagram story. Often times during a fitness journey we feel compelled to go "all in" and start to develop this unhealthy relationship with ourselves, fitness, nutrition, etc. I think this podcast can really help you if you are struggling with that.  If it does help, feel free to leave a 5 star rating and review. healthy. So essentially how do you avoid an unhealthy relationship with

1:02.2

food a disordered relationship with food while trying to pursue your health and fitness goals, right?

And I think this was just such a such a phenomenal question and the reality is there

1:16.2

roots of I don't know if I want to call it a problem, I guess I'll call it a problem only because, like, I think most people obviously don't want to have it. Like, I don't want to say it's a problem though

1:44.3

because like I know like this happens with a lot of people

1:47.7

so I don't I know the right word for it

1:49.6

but hopefully you obviously get what I'm saying.

1:52.2

But there's a specific roots of this, again, we'll call it just a problem, but there's specific roots of this problem that I think can be addressed and you can kind of look at to it at the very very least start to work on
