Today's the end of the four weeks and so started at right around 251, 252, and ended right around,

241, so you know roughly 10 to 11 pounds down in a four week time span and again if you didn't know what I did to do that I literally laid every single thing out on a podcast shockingly about four to five weeks ago because it was four to five weeks long.

So I laid out a podcast doing exactly what I was going to do and what I was going to eat and every single thing and you know yeah it happened it really

really went by quick it wasn't anything crazy and I'd say that to say you know listen dude for you like the next four weeks are going to fly by.
