whichever the case may be the reason I'm doing this podcast is because right

now I am currently on my own four-week little calorie deficit it's called called a four week mini cut and all a cut is just

going in a calorie deficit. Just a really quick update on that. It's going pretty well again I just

You know I literally just started so it's not we're not too far in and it's not going to be that long to begin

with but you know we're about roughly what is today Wednesday I probably

started on like maybe Thursday of last week or yeah probably

like Thursday of last week so maybe about a weekend only only about three weeks left but you know it's it's early

on but things are already trending in the right direction. You know I started around

251 and I'm down to roughly 248 and like yeah that's some water weight and that kind of stuff but we'll talk
