And again, I especially notice this with parents or with people who are just like people pleasers or or caretakers, caregivers, right? They take care of people.

make this up, I just use this, I don't know who made this up, I'm sure somebody way smarter than me made this up, but it's just like, you know, you have to be selfish in order to be selfless. And let me say it again again you have to be selfish in order to be

selfless and this goes for you even if you're not a parent or even if you're not

you know somebody who is a caretaker and this could be

I mean if you take care of your spouse or you want to be a good spouse or you want to be a

good friend or you know dad mom brother or sister whoever I, we often just put ourselves on the back burner.
