Summary

In this episode of the Eric Roberts Fitness Podcast my assistant Coach Linda and I speak with our Clubhouse February teammate of the month, Liisa. Liisa is someone that I learn a ton from, so I know for a fact you can as well. She talks about how she has tried *literally* every fad diet to how she now has overcome that and found a sustainable way to lose body fat and keep it off. As well as she talks about her zero options mentality with her fitness and nutrition that I think you can benefit from hearing. I hope you enjoyed the podcast and if you are interested in joining the Clubhouse, I can link that here below. Chat soon, -E https://erfclubhouse.com
