most people do have those things with nutrition. They struggle with, you know,

whether it's learning nutrition or staying in a calorie deficit or whatever the thing is with

nutrition. I've learned very early on. I remember when I first started posting content on

Instagram I made like a story and again like nobody was following me during this

time period and maybe had like 600 followers that were all just people from high school.

But I posted a story and I was like, hey, you know, do you want to see more exercise content or more workout content?
