But a few things happen this week, a few changes I'm going to make in the upcoming.

And honestly, I guess I'll first start by saying, I only have like a week and a half left, man. I got, you know, guess I'll first start by saying I only have like a week and a half left man I got you know

Today is Sunday as I'm recording this and so I got this one week and then I got up until next Wednesday

So I mean really got a week and a half man. I guess when you'll hear this well who knows when you'll hear this but I'll put it out on Monday so I really like you know nine days left 10 days left and it's fun. It's exciting not not so much be I mean it is kind of fun and exciting because I know I'll be able to eat more and like listen let's just call it how it is like nobody likes being a calorie deficit, let's just be honest. Like nobody enjoys having to, you know, it because a calorie deficit is inherently you have to restrict foods, right? Restrict overall food quantity, not like actual foods, but like restricting food quantity.
