Somebody left a comment recently and he was like, oh I don't want to lose weight, I want to lose fat. And I'm like, dude, what are we, like, what are we doing here? Like, I understand, like, was he was trying to come at me because I said weight loss and not fat loss and I because I said something about a calorie deficit and I was like
