That was the last five weeks and now kicking off these next five weeks I'm going to write on my website one article per week which I

depth on a specific exercise like today for example I went over the sumo

deadlift and I looked at other research I'm sorry I looked at other guides on the internet on

sumo deadlift and I I don't know if there's a more in-depth guide out there on Sumo Deadlifts than the one I just put on my website.
