And I want to start by saying this. I had a client today today, today's

Monday as I'm recording this. I had a client today two weeks ago a week ago today I'm sorry, a week ago today, I'm sorry, a week ago today she got back from her vacation.

She left at, I believe a hundred and ninety seven pounds

she got back at two hundred and six pounds

so essentially

she gained ten pounds on vacation.
