I speak with one of my one-on-one coaching clients, Tara,

Tara's story is, for lack of better terms, and I'm going to cuss here, but it's

fucking badass. Tara has lost a significant amount of weight. She talks about how she has been able to overcome the very intense food restriction.

She talks about how she was able to overcome, you know, not only did she lose a significant amount of weight,

but she actually got to the point where she was

weighing too little and her body fat was too little and she was eating she was

actually eating too few calories and so she talks about how she was able to

navigate her way out of that as well and how you know

Sometimes being a lower weight or being a lower body fat percentage is not always a good thing and it's not a healthy thing and so you know we talk about

strong as hell she is loving getting stronger squat bench, all the movements, I'm just seeing overall

muscle definition, going into a muscle definition phase, eating more calories.
