in the next upcoming five weeks so quick recap for those of you who have been following along I have a

28 week challenge that I am doing for myself before I head off on my once a year vacation. I take I

take one vacation a year. I work the other three hundred and fifty eight days and

I take seven days to go on vacation and so I have a 28 week challenge because I for a few reasons

Number one I I wanted to just challenge myself a bit more with content and business and all those things and I like challenging myself I think all of us kind of like challenging ourselves so I want to challenge myself I wanted to I wanted to also find a way to get me through because at that moment in time I was like

Man I really want to go on this fucking vacation and so I wanted to kind of keep my brain, you know, in the game, so to speak.

So that is another reason why I wanted to do the challenge,

just to kind of, you know, keep my head in the game.

So there's a few reasons why I'm doing this

28 week challenge but I broke it down into five weeks right so five week challenges

because again like if I just had you know one challenge for the whole 28 weeks I probably would have lost my mind

So I wanted to break it down to give myself something to focus on give myself something to

focus my attention on focus my attention on, focus my efforts on, focus, you know, honestly in a sense have the time go by quicker.

And I think you might be able to relate to this in your fitness journey, for example, like you probably think it's kind of daunting and it might

feel like it's taking forever and so when you break things down into smaller shorter

duration goals like for example instead of losing a hundred pounds lose 10 pounds and then lose another 10 pounds
