What is going on guys? Welcome back to the Eric Roberts Fitness Podcast. Hope you're doing absolutely amazing.

Recording us on a Monday night about 6 o'clock, and I am just going to pretty much dive right into the

though there are other things going on just like I'm sure you have other things going on in

your life you have other things going on that are pulling you away from

want to make sure that I do the things I'm supposed to do no matter how busy it

gets. So use this as a little reminder for you that I'm doing this right now because it was all my schedule, it was all my plan,

I said I was going to do it, I made up promises myself I was going to do it, it's all my list of

to do things, much like I'm sure your workouts are sometimes and you don't feel like doing

it and trust me, I could answer emails for the next five hours and go to sleep and be totally fine.

But here I am and I am making sure I do this podcast because number one I enjoy doing the podcast

It helps me take a break from emails and helps me take a step away from quote-unquote work almost but um again I'm making sure I get it done so that can be your intro for today.
