Obviously, as I'm sure you probably are, you're probably detoxing right now with your water and your vegetables and hopefully not any detox teas or anything because that's fucking stupid I hope you don't do that

So obviously first Monday of the new year is going to be probably most of the times when people are going to make a big change and all those kind of things and I will say right now I don't think that's a bad thing I just want to make sure you are going at it about the right way and this is kind of what this podcast can be going to be about but I hope you're going about it the right way because again like I've said in previous
