I'm recording this on about 11 o'clock on a Friday which days of the week don't really mean much to me other than like training days but Friday Saturday Sunday or are just regular days so so it's Friday it's feeling good very very nice

weather outside like literally on Monday morning of this week I was like walking

outside and like four pairs of pants and four jackets and my ski mask and a hoodie and like and now it's like 72 degrees. It's just like what what the fuck is going on? Like what are we doing? So but I enjoy it. I'm not going to complain. I can walk outside normally and I appreciate that so yeah

everything's going well hope you're doing well I'm about three weeks left of this

mini cut and man I'm starting to I'm starting to feel a little bit first five or six weeks weren't that bad

and this it's still not that bad honestly but I definitely could tell a bit

hungrier I definitely can tell that I am going I know for a fact I'm going to be ready to take a break in three weeks and I could be going longer

Honestly and like it wouldn't really I'm the type of person like it doesn't really phase me that much so it's not that big of a deal to me like I would just do whatever

But that being said like knowing that in three weeks I'm taking a break like definitely excited for that definitely looking forward to that

and so that'll be fun but so three weeks left in the mini cut weighing so I've lost about

17 pounds thus far and it's funny because like everybody said my weight loss was super fast.

And probably so it'll be a nine week mini cut and I'll probably end up losing around,

I would say around 20 pounds. So that's a little over two pounds per week which is not that it's not that fat like it's fast don't get me wrong but like it's not like incredibly fast because early on I lost a ton of water weight which was like it was

normal but everybody was like freaking out because I was losing so much weight and I think that

over time you'll see like that's why I say on average on average on average Some weeks you're going to lose more than others some weeks

you'll lose less than others some weeks you'll be right on par like

on average what are you doing with your trend of data so if I lose around

20 pounds in nine weeks like that's's right, you know, that's right above the two pound per week mark, which like, you know, for a nine week mini cut, like that was normally my goal. Like that was about how fast I wanted to go. Not too fast where I'm losing muscle, but fast enough where I can see some change.
