well. So listen, I just randomly had this thought inside my head. So okay, to kind of set up, I am, for some of you know, I'm on a nine-week

I'm down 12 pounds in about four weeks.

Now first and foremost, yes, that's incredibly fast.

I don't recommend people doing it that fast, and honestly I didn't even expect it to be that fast.
