4.30 on a Wednesday when I'm recording this beautiful day outside this far.

Lily had to walk for like three hours out, legit three hours straight outside

because my car was getting the state inspection done or whatnot so I was like well I I I'm just going to sit here so I got out and in nature

got walking in answered emails did some Instagram dams some YouTube comments, all that kind of stuff.

So it was good.

Definitely got like 12,000 steps in.

That was also good for my little mini cut I have going on, which is going super well as well.

I'm almost down about,

almost about 7 pounds in a little under three weeks,

which again, the first couple of pounds were water weight,

so I'm going to assume that that was going to happen. But yeah, I know, feeling good. I think I'm going to assume you know that that was going to happen but

yeah no feeling good I think I'm definitely looking leaner looking better it's

some of the some of the guys I see in the gym you know because I'm there

regularly in the same time every morning, we're all there.

You know, people have been telling me I'm looking leaner.

So that's kind of cool.

Again, I haven't really cut in forever.

I haven't gone on a calorie deficit and tried to lose body fat in so long.

It's just been based around like building muscle and or maintaining, which maintaining is certainly fine.

But, so it's always been around, based on those two things.
