add back in a bit more calories, but even so, a lot of it is water weight because I went from eating,

you know, 800 grams of carbs a day to now you know 500 which is still shit ton but uh but yeah so definitely going to drop some water weight there which was normal. I do I do not expect to nor do I want to drop five pounds every week because that would be stupid.

That would not be smart. I would lose muscle mass. It would suck. Sorry. I am not planning to do that and you should not plan to do that either because if I quote unquote the

It's only been about a week and a half, but I haven't really had to cut back majorly much of anything at all. Fat loss is more about how much you eat as opposed to what you eat in particular. So like for me,

my, a lot of my meals are staying normally the same like so for example I'm having you know let's say I had eight whole eggs and I had you know two cups of rice now I'm having four whole eggs with three egg whites and a cup and a half or a cup of rice.
