Summary

Mobility is the secret sauce. It can not only help existing injuries inside (or outside) of the gym, but it can PREVENT new ones, if done properly. Todays guest is a special one. Karon is actually the man I am working with currently on MY body, so you know I have a ton of respect for him. He goes very in depth on how the body moves, how joints are supposed to work together, how our everyday lives can lead us to not use our bodies correctly. We go over not only theories and strategies to inform people on how they can fix/prevent injuries, but provide some applicable information you can immediately take and start seeing results. originally right now I'm in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. A little quick brief

overrun of me I actually didn't even start in fitness. I was very

unathletic growing up and what kind of sparked me into movement first was dance. I

love the way that I could speak through my body with dance and kind of tell a story and I actually went to Carnegie Mellon for information systems in business kind of like a computer science

business hybrid, so it wasn't fitness related at all. But I started with fitness doing

the insanity program that kind of that jump started me into like oh my God I like being shredded

or like being you know really cardiovascularly strong and strong in general fast agile

and after that I was working at a job that I didn't enjoy very much. I was a, you know, typical corporate guy working the desk job sitting, you know, all day just kind of would have felt like wasting my life away.
