So the popularity of the law of attraction, right, the movie The Secret, all the videos and how many people believe and

what I mean by practice it is telling I believe of the hopelessness in this world

and what I mean by that is this idea of visualizing something and believing in it as though it's already

happened and staying positive and then it manifests and comes true, can be a vine to pull you out of your quicksand.

And I think a lot of people who are feeling hopelessness, this is the quick fix, right?

This is the answer. This is their chance.

And so because of that, I think the whole law of attraction concept is extremely popular. Now I'm not saying that it's

fake because there are parts of it that I do believe but I do believe that it's more

than just visualizing and believing

uh... that something is already happened

by the way which is so hard to do i mean i think it's's like I don't even think that's sustainable I think

we could have moments in believing that something has happened or feeling your

success right as if it already, as if you're playing back a movie.

But I don't think it's sustainable in that you can't feel like that all the time.

I mean, because we snap back because we're rubber bands right we snap back into our default

The the shit that we went through right and usually for most people it's a lot of shit it's a lot of trauma it's a lot of

Abuse and all of that that is going to be a lot more powerful than you white knuckling

Trying to feel positivity, right?
