I want to talk to you about heart centered living now obviously pulling from your

hearts from love from forgiveness from an honest place from giving from compassion instead of your head right all of

our cognitive distortions heart centered living is pulling from a place of

kindness obviously right and when I say pulling from not just feeling it but also in action right what does kindness

look like in action in your daily life as you engage with the world and especially people who you don't like,

That's one definition of heart-centered living, but I wanted to expand on this because

there's also this

idea of elevated mood and there's a change in biology there's science behind feeling

in a way where you don't dip into lower frequencies and negative energy and all of the feelings like anxiety and stress and fear and panic that suck

you under and keep you locked in the past and this is something that I've been

really interested in and excited about and also practicing myself and I'll go into

one of the ways that I do it, but heart-centered living, to me also means to

imagine your heart, right? Well first calm the fuck down because we are all panicking and running around and you know with our to do lists and all the things we need to get done and there's worry and all the dread and fear.

Look into your heart to feel your heart and start to feel not the success that you want to get

or the life that you want to get but the person you want to become to obtain that success in life, right?
