these days. I come unpolished, unrehearsed, on purpose.

I don't know how many episodes I've done so far of my podcast for sure double

digits but I think maybe triple anyway if there was one podcast, I believe you should listen to it is this one.

And so obviously if you're listening to me now, please finish this entire episode. I don't know how long it's going to go, but it's such an important topic and I just think it's really going to help you. It's helping me and as you guys know I like to really

simplify things. It's the only way I understand them, right? There will be no more letters after my name,

meaning besides my masters, there will be no more PhD

because I hate school.

It's so hard for me to read and I don't know if it's because it's you know my a d or after about three or four pages of anything I just my mind drifts and so

I consume videos and audio and audio books etc, but I just don't read and so school is very challenging.

It's always been challenging.

So when I went to therapy school you know there's these

dense concepts theories that you really have to you know read and

interpret yourself if you're going to go on and help other people, right?

And so for me, I knew that if I wasn't able to put things into a way that I can understand them, then I'll just be a walking textbook

and I won't be able to help anyone.

I won't be able to fully take these concepts and digest them and utilize and make them my own.

So I've learned to what my friends call John Kim Things, which means put things into a shot class and

simplify. And the thing that I want to talk to you about today, yes it's very

complicated but I want to deliver it in a very digestible practical way because it's a way that I understand it and I think that
