self betterment into a shot class because let's face it who's got that much time

0:11.4

these days. I come unpolished, unrehearsed, on purpose.

0:16.2

If you're looking for more of a wine glass, you've come to the wrong place.

First I want to talk about what it really means to live in the past. Now everyone

0:28.6

thinks that living in the past means that we are constantly thinking about past events,

0:33.6

1:47.9

1:55.8

living in the past. And when we don't break this pattern and we continue to live this way,

2:01.6

nothing changes because everything begins or ends with our

2:06.6
