Dina is one of the best American distance runners of all time.

She holds the half marathon and the marathon American record with a half marathon time of

107.34 and a marathon time of 219.36.

She also holds the half marathon and marathon Masters records.

Dina won a bronze medal in the 2004 Olympics in Athens and she also has won the London and

the Chicago Marathon.

Dina just finished up her first book which I already pre-ordered and you should too.

of positive thinking and how that can revolutionize and change the way you run.

Dina runs with the mammoth track club and her husband Andrew Caster is the coach over

there.
