Jack's is a professional ultra runner and she's also a small business owner.

She owns a coffee company called Stoked Roasters.

Jack's was the first woman in the world to complete the four deserts race series Grand

Slam Plus.

In addition, she was also crowned the 2016 four desert female world champion.

In this episode, we talk about her drive to get out there and do what she does and she

also recounts some pretty incredible stories from when she was out there competing in these

races.

And you want to live your life with a little more grit and determination.

At the end of the episode, we get to our fun questions and I learned that she's a big

Taylor Swift fan.
