Okay, when I say find your fork, I'm not talking about the eating utensil, I'm talking about your fork in the road.

Let me explain. So, as you guys know growth is all about breaking patterns right that's one way to look at growth.

We are basically

the walking patterns and it's the way that we think.

Our behavior usually, our default is to repeat.

And usually we repeat until it's so bad or we hit rock bottom or something happens

maybe we lose a marriage or we I don't know something happens where we no longer

want to repeat that but we don't have to wait that long.

If we are aware, we can break patterns every day,

you know, and explore and learn and stretch and grow.

So we all have forks in the road all the time that we approach.

Recently, my, I was doing intermittent fasting. It was very well, worked very well for me and

my intermittent fasting wagon wheels fell off and then I got back into just eating when I

wanted eating really late at night eating shitty all of that stuff and of course that leads

to not feeling good about yourself and then I have stomach problems so I'm bloating and I feel

like pregnant Demi Moore and all of that shit right so I'm you know I'm wearing sweats to

dinner because I have to unbutton I don't want to unbutton my jeans are uncomfortable and all of that.
