Dear Sam and Sierra, I've been listening to your podcast for years, and this is my first time

writing in. Over the last year, I have been falling in love for the first time. We started out

as friends and slowly became really important to each other. Things progressed fast, and I think

we became codependent quickly too. At first it felt beautiful and easy. We cooked together, laughed

constantly and spent quiet time together and I felt safe with her in ways I never had before.

We both came into the relationship with past trauma and anxiety so we waited a while to have
