Hello, friends. I've been a listener since season one, and I want to thank you all so much for the

I have become a more empathetic and easygoing person through listening to your

brilliant insight on all matters of the heart.

I have two questions about the same thing.

First, how do you let go of being bothered by the little annoying things your partner

does that are absolutely not deal breakers and don't actually impact your relationship?

Second, how do you bring up a concern about someone's mental health in a way that they can

hear it without being defensive, especially when they are not super into the idea of therapy or psychiatric treatment.
