I'm looking forward to it. Thanks for joining me. Hey, today we're going to talk about how to manage feeling hurt, how to cope, how to move forward, how to sit in the experience,

and feeling hurt, feeling sad. I've got my cup of tea here and I'm sitting by the

window. I love sitting by the window but it's very noisy here and today there's a wood chipper beside the house.

So there's going to be sounds in the background, but I love the natural light so much.

All my videos are done in a closed cupboard.

And while that's a great environment to do videos, when I chat just you and I sitting together

over a cup of tea, I want to do it so the light is streaming in from the window.

Oh, the tea is beautiful. There's such a cacophony of noises,

tooting and trucks and the wood chipper. I received quite a few letters in the last two days

from people who feel hurt, who feel sadness.

And so I thought that we would address this

because sometimes someone we know may do something that is likely to bring the result of us feeling hurt.
