Hey, if you ran the Indianapolis Monumental Marathon, the Half Marathon, or the 5K, I want to say a big congratulations. It was so incredible to see so many smiling faces out there, so many

familiar faces, and it was an honor to be the emcee of that race at the start and the finish

line. We saw so many incredible performances in Indianapolis, including the men's marathon

course record was broke. By three minutes minutes it was 215 and now it's

two 12 which was pretty cool um we had so many Olympic trials qualifiers at this race we're going to

break it all down in this conversation today I'm joined by my friend ali Brett knocker who has a

podcast in my network sandy Sandy Boy Productions.

She helped start the race.

She stood at the finish line and gave out medals.

I feel like Emily doesn't need an introduction.

But she's an Olympian.

She's a U.S. national champion.

She has a bronze medal from the 2015 world champs in the 10,000.

And 10 years later, this past year, she qualified for worlds again in the 10,000 and 10 years later this past year she qualified for four worlds again in the

10,000 won the national title after a very long 10 years of highs and lows and
