Sometimes the day to day gets in the way and thats ok. Today I talk about life getting in the way. I talk about setting New Year's Eve resolutions, goals journaling, happiness, the media, The amazing Hillman show podcast and radio, Danielle Murr one of the talented hosts of the Hillman Show. I also talk about how we can focus or train our minds and look at the bigger picture in order to feel happy and have a sense of purpose. I talk about the problems of distracting ourselves with social media and the trivial issues of life. I also look at how to stop the slippery slope of resentment. I explore and laugh with you about juggling parenting and life. And yes I talk about my label as the ‘The whispering mother” in the media and my ASMR autonomous sensory meridian response and my meditation you tube videos. I talk about how anger breeds the bush fire for more anger. Anger almost always is borne of anger. I talk about training and re directing your mind for achievement and happiness.
