Do you ever feel like that? The lobster in your own boiling pot of life and the water just gets

hotter and hotter and you almost don't notice. We run around, don't we? Trying to achieve our goals,

trying to juggle goals trying to juggle trying to manage the mayhem.

Today I talk about well-being fitness, Christmas, morning walks, the rain,

well-being and how we keep it all together and how we don't keep it together.

Good morning, how are you? I have my... Whoops, what did I just drop? A comb, I dropped on the floor. How are you?

It's gently raining here. It's quite a mile day. It's Tuesday, 742 a.m. I'm about to get my boys up for school. My girls have finished for the

year now. This morning I got up later than usual and I went for a beautiful walk with Anita and it was just lovely because it was gently raining.

The weather is quite muggy and it's quite humid and warm so very pleasant.

And for me very Christmas here because in Australia we associate Christmas with heat which is I know so

different to everyone else and as you know this is the first time in a couple of weeks that I've been able to sit down and
