being a patron is your way of making this show possible. Episode 59. I have the children playing in all different areas of the house. I've come back from basketball.

I've poured myself a cup of tea and I have in front of me the 12

emails representing my book. I've looked at them for one whole cup of tea and now I have the second cup and I'm going to open the introduction.

I've set myself the goal of 60 hours at the most to complete the book, as in the book is completed but I will probably

add little stories around the the workbook it's a workbook on how to be happy for

individuals parents children on how to be happy for individuals, parents, children, families, students in order that

through the book they learn how to find happiness through a daily practice. I'm absolutely terrified to open these emails.

I know that my book has been changed significantly in ordering and structure and that has been necessary and Caitlin I know will have done a great job but at the

same time this is my life and this is my life that goes back to my marriage ending.

It goes back through my childhood, through my amazing, amazing, amazing, beautiful family, my incredible parents, their

own amazing journey. They're just incredible people and I share with you some of their journey.

Excuse the traffic. I can't speak at a time during the day when there isn't traffic.

So I will need to look at, work out what to add

around the Caitlin's amazing work, but I'm going to have to look at that, that story,

that story of how I loved my farm.
