And I'm so excited to bring this episode with beach volleyball Player and Olympian Sophie Bukoveck.

Sophie competed for Team Canada at the Paris Olympics this summer, which was so exciting to see.

She's been competing at a high level since age 14.

She went to three universities but ended at the University of Southern California,

where she was a three-time national champion and a three-time All-American.

She's a silver medalist from the 22 world champs in Rome.

And in this episode, we get to learn about beach volleyball

and all that the sport entails as

well as what kind of training goes into beach volleyball, how you pick your partners that you

end up competing with, and what it looks like to live as a professional volleyball player.

I also get some tips and ideas for our young kids who might be interested in this sport.

Sophie is also the founder and executive director of a volleyball academy.

And in this episode, we get a little bit into mindset.

And of course, hearing about her first Olympic experience in Paris this year.
