Episode 56 We are one family
We are one family. Today I talk about my journey, the refugees, tolerance, and the principle of being one single family.
The moment we define our family by the shores of our seas, the boundaries of our towns, or our own front door is the moment that we put into place exclusion, intolerance, and discrimination. We are one humanity, we are one family. Any religion, institution or process of socialization which divides or categorises only destroys "us". We cannot bring together by separating! We are one family.
My name is Lauren Ostrowski Fenton. I am a writer, life coach, meditation teacher, & proud mum of four. I make videos, podcasts, blogs and a book about happiness, fitness, meditation, & wellbeing. I have a Masters degree in counselling and an honors degree in Anthropology( Arts) Monash University
