Well it's just been an amazing week for me. I'm so excited. I'm having a great time in the minute. I have to big up my wonderful wife. We went to the British Institute of Professional Photography annual awards, Blenham Palace on Saturday

night and Hale's picked up the best licentiouship panel for 2010 for the entire country.

So over the moon, dead proud of her.

She did brilliantly.

I've been running in the snow. Our northern hemisphere

listeners will probably be running in snow at some point at the moment and it's

been amazing. Saturday we did part run and just bimbled around and had a laugh it was a real

part-run day I think we ran around at about 27 minutes me and how I was on a great time then

on Sunday did a 12-mile run over a golf course with Adam Grise who we

interviewed earlier in the

earlier in Marathon Talks life and it was just stunning. We've broken 500 entries
