Well I've been doing lots of things but I've also been not doing lots of things

If you listen last week you'll know that I was due to got off motor racing at the weekend.

I'm not a petrol head as a few people who pointed out, but one of my best friends is and he'd been racing his cars around for the last few years.

And I've never been able to go because I'm

my Iron Man training. So I thought I'll take a great opportunity to do it and go and support my friend Ben,

raced around Doynton Circuit. We've been in London during the week and hadn't got home until half two in the morning.

I haven't got to bed to half two in the morning.

Got up at half five, so three hours kip to go down to Donington, spend the day there and it was fogged off.

There was no racing at all during the day because it was fog.

And we sat there all day in a rather shoddy hospitality tent waiting for its start and it never did.

Not ideal, not an ideal day to follow up no you must have been you must have been really fogged off

What's really fogged off and then to make matters worse and poor old Ben the next day the racing finally got going when the fog lifted.

It was a six hour race with three drivers.

He was due to getting the car third and about a minute before the second driver was due to come in for the change in the pit stop,

he got stuffed and ripped the back wheel off.
