Oh, I absolutely smashed myself to pieces at whole part run on Saturday.

Sub-20 or not?

Oh, yes, but I was expecting that.

I was still a little bit disappointed with the time to

honest I I said last week you know that I was absolutely gonna smash myself and go

hard as I could I've got this nice little competition with Nick where we were

we're trying to log one quick time for ourselves each month and that up the total for the end of the year.

He was one second ahead of me and in total at end of January, March, so it was all to play for.

Neither us had run in April.

He ran 1936 at North Fala Fields I think and I ran

1942 so I lost six seconds and now seven seconds behind.

Just a little bit slower.
