Oh Tom Williams, it was nice to see you in London last weekend.

It was good to see you actually, my mate Jamie and I trucked on down to London late on Saturday

night to catch the racing on Sunday. I did think it was going to be too fairly spectacular races. It was too

fairly spectacular races didn't we want to miss it. It's good. So yeah we caught up

over a beer didn't we? Well actually I had a beer I don't think you did but we caught

up over a beer on the Saturday night, which was nice.

Sitting there at the tower, or at the tower, not that we stayed in the tower,

I was in the tower, I was around the corner in a Premier in but makes a change isn't it?

It makes it change. Yeah bad one. But yeah it does nice thing there isn't it

was it? If you're in London around the, just going out over the weekend and just hanging

out at the tower hotel and watching the kind of who's who of world marathening wander backwards and forwards

is a nice thing to do if you're into that kind of thing.

It's quite an eye open there, definitely quite an eye open.

I've been there all week presenting at the Marathon Expo, which was pretty full on to be honest. Pretty busy, has a load of marathon talkers come up and say
