G.B. when the Edinburgh cross country, Tom speaks to author Rachel Cullen,

plus you guys rate your run, flash your kid around the world, stand the top of the podium,

climb aboard the launch pad.

Tom Williams, what have you been doing?

Surviving.

I am and a survivor.

Have you been out in the wilderness with bare grills,

like making camps like me?

No, I had the kids on my own for a whole day.

Oh, is that your equivalent these days? So I tell you what it was you'll have it.

When you have the kids whether you're on your own or with Liz or same for me and

want me on with hell and whatever. Sometimes they're amazing, aren't they? You get to the end of the day and

you think that's one of the greatest days of my life, like the kids were just flawless all day.

Sometimes they are the exact polar opposite of that.

And you literally wonder how you got to the end of the day

without totally losing it.

Sometimes you do.

And I'd say they were in the middle, right?

So they were good.
