Tom Williams, how was your holiday?

Nice, I've been stay-cationing it. It's nice, you know, isn't it?

You know, to take some time off work deliberately

aligned it with half terms the kids are off and just kick back really we hung

out here it was nice we went down to London obviously for

the Westminster law which I think we talked about last week we did talk about

in detail last year we did and then I just came back here and and wandered around how I got Helen and the kids for a week which was absolutely lovely.

I ran Fountain's Abbey Park Run at the weekend, quite hard 2040.

I've not broken 20 minutes yet this year. I've never broken 20 minutes for

part around at Fountain's Abbey so hopefully I can edge a little bit closer to that.

And I am in awe of the amazing Alex Arnold. Now I know this is Marifon Talk and not climbing talk, but I've always been a

bit of a fan of Alex Arnold. I watched an amazing documentary a little while ago called

Valley Uprising about the charting the history of

climbing in Yosemite National Park which is amazing if you're after something to do on
