I've been up to loads of stuff.

In fact, it seems longer because last week we recorded early,

Monday, don't we in this week we're recording late, Wednesday,

so I feel like I've done more actually.

And it seems like we've had an entire two weeks off when we haven't.

Yeah yeah so what I've been up to I did that Ted Talk by the way the day after that was good.

And how did it go?

That's yeah really good really good about 12 and a half minutes of, of, yeah, speaking a good message I think of exercise being bad for you in the sense of sitting on a treadmill on your own

inside and getting no sunlight and no social interaction and not actually

literally not actually moving forward so etc etc so hopefully we'll get some content from that on the show at some point one day I think I spoke to him about could I share it and they were cool with that so
