I'd run the Wednesday before last week and had a bit of a rubbishy run and I just kind of put it down to having a bit of a rubbishy run on a session I did. But I think it was probably the start of it and then on on Saturday on the Saturday I did

Gaddinia Park Run and ran really hard beautiful which you know weekend in Poland

Park runs are beautiful

Poland's beautiful in Gdignia Gdansk Sopot just absolutely lovely

but cold anyway I ran part I ran Gedina Park run as hard as I could

and felt like I'd run a marathon at the end of it.

You know we're not like achy legs but you know at the end of a really, really hard,

really, really long effort like a race-paced marathon.

You just feel like a little bit somewhere else for the rest of the day.

I felt like that and I'd only run 5K and it was just odd and then by the time I went home that Saturday night I was bad

recovered a bit for Rosie's birthday thankfully on the Sunday and then by Sunday night
