It was a tongue twisting intro, wasn't it? I'm doing good. Although we had a parenting disaster at the weekend.

What happened? Well, we did.

For all, I think experienced parents will nod their head with a smug smile and this is a message

of warning for expecting or future parents.

So we went to Fanta's Abbey Park Run and our weekends have been really nice recently.

So we go to Fountains Abbey Park Run, one of us all run, the other one will mess around

with the kids in the Abbey for an hour or so.

It's really great, climbing and hiding and jumping in money puddles and all that stuff.

It's really, really cool.

Let me go back to the big cafe, and we have a really good time there.

There's loads of kids and they're all

mates and they play in this big outside or in this big kids play area so we've really
