Episde 33 Be your authentic self. You CAN lose weight, increase fitness, feel happy, & be well NOW.

 

In this episode as part of our stop procrastinating challenge I look at what you CAN do. There is so much you CAN do...Work on the ‘CANS’ of life. Be the body physically and consciously which you wish to become. By definition Procrastination is ‘not doing’ the stuff that you should be doing in order to be authentic and true to yourself.  When we procrastinate we are putting off being the person we were made to become. We have no greater meaning than being true to our word...Let’s make the stuff which comes out of our mouth real and be true testament to who we authentically are. Procrastination is breaking the promise which we have made to our own sense of self. Every moment in our life matters so lets be true to our self. Every moment in your life matters! This is your life right now. Make every moment matter. We can change our body. We can lose weight. We can increase fitness. .....Life is merely the moment of experience we have Right now.

 

The process of stopping procrastination is rarely about the individual action...it is about the meaning behind the action ...so procrastination is serious stuff here. In this episode we summarise the vital elements of stopping procrastination. As I say in each episode ..the process here..or rather your journey here needs to be landscaped with oodles of self kindness..oodles of quiet reflection, practice, and being in the moment. challenge. I'll be looking at again our ability to create the body that we desire, our ability to create the body that we desire our ability to lose or gain weight.
