all the shenanigans at Little Stoke Park run so I'm joined

I haven't started tapering.

So what's going on? Yeah, things going okay. I had a bit of a blip a couple of weeks ago. A bit of a hamstring

niggle which scared me a bit and I had to back off a couple of runs and

I also had to stop two miles into the Reading half which wasn't the most fun in

the world because I then had to do the walk of shame back to the stadium while 15,000 other people were walking,

were running the other way. So that wasn't a great experience.

Well done Steve. Exactly. You're going the wrong way.
