I've been doing what I do best, which is running around in circles quite fast.

You have you've been in good form actually.

I think we mentioned we may have mentioned last week that you were doing the Barry 40 which is right up

Tom Street but perhaps not up mine like

tells a little bit about the Barry 40 and then and then your race.

Yeah so the the Barry 40 is basically 161 laps of the Barry Athletics track in South Wales.

It's one of the longest running ultra marathons in the UK.

It's been going for about 30 years.

The race director Mick is an absolute legend,

and he treats this race like his baby I think and...
