Well, the big thing for me was without a doubt, my mind, was the outlaw iron distance triathlon at the weekend.

It was a combination of five years training and hard work

and there's so much stuff that can go wrong obviously

in Iron Man.

And it's such a challenging thing.

And I finally kind of felt like I raced the whole thing,

which I was really, really pleased about a PB by four minutes

I finished top of my age group, 35 and I was third overall out of about 750

starters I think so it was just for me it was my Olympics my cone and my everything

really magic day so it was great that's superb really really well done what a

great great race and a great race to still end your triathlon career on are you sure?

It's funny because people kind of say, oh no you've done so well in that race, surely that

gives you the motivation to push on and you know what it's absolutely the opposite it was it was a brilliant race
