The chickpea leaf and dust diet is good. I've chucked in the odd cucumber sandwich for good measure.

Yes, being a vegetarian, it's been interesting. It's not really sunk in yet, I don't think. I mean, I've been a veggie now for nine or ten days.

I'm, of course, not training particularly hard. So that's taken that stressor out. So I don't know how it would affect that how might have happened before, but yeah, it's interesting. Like I said, it's not really sunk in.

We went to a barbecue on Saturday and there was some really nice salmon bagels and I thought,

And then we went to my mum's in the evening on Saturday so they

fridge oh no I can't have those either. So yeah, so it's funny, you know, I'm not missing it at all, but there is certainly that kind of habitual thing of you just, you forget that you can't do it.

So yeah, but I'm enjoying it. It's really good.
